I waited 4 days and no one called to say the contacts were in- There is no direct number to the actual store so you get a customer service rep who is not even on the premises. She is the one who told me the contacts were in. The store never called me and when I called they said "we were with customers so we didnt call" Last time I checked I was a customer as well. I got there just in time before closing and they had an attitude. The final straw was the fact that the doctor gave me the wrong contact prescription - as I started having headaches. After making a contact appointment at DE Eye Institute, I was informed that my prescription was incorrect and my eyes were over refracted causing headaches! My advice/ stay away from this optical place. They are rude and incompetent-
