Where My Eye Doctor falls seriously short is on their retail side. Getting glasses or contact lenses expedited even if you offer to pay for expedited shipping? not an option. Getting a few extra samples of contacts to cover you while you wait for the new shipment because you will have run out? not possible. This after being a five year customer who just paid between my insurance and my payment for a year of contacts over $1400. i will not return. Back to Warby Parker. Not in my service area but worth the drive. Can't stomach supporting a company like My Eye Doctor that cant even comp me two weeks of sample contacts when mine have run out. Your petty stinginess just cost you a customer and hopefully it will cost you other customers too. Also My Eye Doctor does not offer maternity leave benefits only disability so its not a female friendly company for its women employees.

I had my eyes examined there twice. I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses from them totaling over $2,000. When the nose piece broke on my $500 plus sunglasses I asked it they could repair them and the sales person said NO without even taking them from my hand to look at them. I bought a replacement pair from them for $500. Yesterday I called Optical Galleria requesting my pupillary distance. They REFUSED to provide me with that part of my MEDICAL record. They told me a LIE about liability. I looked it up! I will NEVER RETURN THERE.

Most of the time my phone calls are not returned. The office manager is "not there" or "on the other line" then does not return call. Told they would absolutely be in on one day, four days later... You guessed it, no glasses! Great eye exam does not really matter if you can't get the eyewear to see properly with.
