I made a mistake and came to my appointment 2 hours early and he happily made time to see me and didn't make me feel like I had intruded or rushed him. Even the staff were pretty nice - giving me honest advice about the frames and telling me that I might want to look somewhere else given my needs. I also left piled high with coupons and samples.
