We had 4 people in the family and everyone got an eye exam. The staff were patient with our children through their exams. The Doctor had some cool kids sunglasses to help check each eye. They were animal themed. My wife was excited because this location had some trial contacts that she could take home immediately. The front staff were helpful and gave us a large selection of glasses to pick from giving us all the options. We were given all the different options of coatings and protective options. From the staff, and their knowledge and product selection we had a great experience and would recommend this location.

The…read morefirst time, I vocalized that I thought she was doing it wrong and the second time (a few months later), she admitted that she did. She suggested if we could do it like she did a year ago and I agreed. She put in the numbing drops first, but when I leaned back for her to do it again, she refused. I got so confused. She told me that she didn't want to put the drops in the same way she did literally seconds before. While arguing back and forth, it felt like someone was squeezing my eyes back into my eye socket. I went forward and kept repeating that my eyes felt weird, strange and hurt. I later realized that I had a bad reaction to the optic migraine and severe eye strain I had at the time because they messed up my prescription. She stood there, staring at me for 8-10 seconds, then slammed the dilation drops on her desk and said, "I'm just going to send you to a Retina specialist!" She ran out of the room to tell a Retina specialist (who she called her friend who she's known for years) that it was an emergency and I needed a full retinal exam. But she came back into the room to tell me that her friend is going to dilate me and rush me out the door, giving me less than 15 minutes to make a 25 minute trip. The receptionists of the Retina center I went to laughed when I told them that she sent me there for just a dilation and agreed that all I needed was a prescription. So, I went back to figure out what went wrong and when I walked up the building, the optician, Ed, tried to stop me from going into the building. Little did I know, Sarah spread lies about me that I refused her help amongst other lies. When I brought it up to Sarah in the lobby, she slammed her clipboard on the desk and acted like she wanted to fight me. I told her what Ed said and she said, "Oh he doesn't know anything." The lies. And the general manager, Ryan lied, telling me that he was there for both days and he didn't see anything that happened. He even dared me to call his superior about it. Sarah made multiple mistakes and unfortunately I had to pay for it when she turned everyone against me. The saddest thing? She knows that I have mental health issues yet she continued to attack me and MyEyeDr said that I am not owed an apology by anyone there. All of this started because I wanted a new prescription for my severe eye strain and optic migraine. Sarah said I couldn't get one from her, but as soon as I got my new glasses, my eyes felt better within hours. Sarah, you tried to hurt me, keep me in pain and even left on vacation for 2 weeks while I had to sit at home by myself doing nothing because my eyes hurt so much. What did I ever do to you for you to target me like this?

I need to write my experience from switching my meds from normal meds to being an ex addict meds. So, I have been on MAT for a few months now due to my addiction issue. My doctor prescribed me every month certain medication. Whenever I go on the app that they keep on pushing onto folks its a issue every time. I go to fill my script it says too soon until 3.19 so on 3.19 I call it in it says processing and then they COMPLETE THE VOICEMAIL WITHOUT CALLING BACK. So I call again same issue I call for a 3rd time finally someone calls me back I said hey you guys said on the 19 my script will be filled so did the app its always oh no I don't know who told you the 19th its the 20th will be filled tomorrow......I said your tech AND THE APP SAID IT.so same thing with my anxiety meds same issue. So why is it I SWITCH to CHESAPEKE BEACH AND GUESS WHAT when the app and the tech says it be filled on the 19th guess what omg......ITS FUCKING FILLED. WHY? WHY make a customer wait a whole extra day for you not wanting to fill the script is it because im an ex addict or you just don't believe in medication. Because why is it dunkirk will say one thing but then I go to another location and they fill it perfectly no oh you have to wait 6 hrs for us to fill it no they fill it literally when im standing there and will ring me up. If your a pain patient a MAT patient or if your filling any type of CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES GO TO CHESAPEKE BEACH!!!!!!!!!!! PLUS the wait time in the drive thru is outrageous. Stop putting new people in drive thru and holding the line up for 45 minutes. Today I got there at 215 didn't get to the windows till 255 THEN I was told its not ready come back in 15 to 20 minutes I leave as soon as I pull off I get a message its ready. I go back into the line wait another 35 mines I didn't leave that pharmacy until 324 pm..plus everyone is rude Noone talks idk if people just don't like drive thru but if that's the case hire more people that are wanting to work for the same amount of money a counter of pills would be paid.all you do is stand in the drive thru help patients do QD do deliveries and stock the bags in the correct bin? It makes no sense this place has gone down hill and its showing in these reviews.
