i have been a patient and customer here for five years. the eye exam experience is superb and I've been impressed with the org,s acquisition of other local optometry companies and rebranding them as another My Eye Doctor. Where My Eye Doctor falls seriously short is on their retail side. Getting glasses or contact lenses expedited even if you offer to pay for expedited shipping? not an option. Getting a few extra samples of contacts to cover you while you wait for the new shipment because you will have run out? not possible. This after being a five year customer who just paid between my insurance and my payment for a year of contacts over $1400. i will not return. Back to Warby Parker. Not in my service area but worth the drive. Can't stomach supporting a company like My Eye Doctor that cant even comp me two weeks of sample contacts when mine have run out. Your petty stinginess just cost you a customer and hopefully it will cost you other customers too. Also My Eye Doctor does not offer maternity leave benefits only disability so its not a female friendly company for its women employees. read more

The doctors and exams are great. The retail side is terrible. I decided to give them a try. It was a horrific experience. I ordered lenses for my current frames. After waiting 2 weeks when I went to pick them up they had not been ordered with the proper cut and would not fit my frames. So they were reordered. When they came in after another extended wait they had left off the transition feature that I had paid over $161. out of pocket after insurance. Finally after 2 months I received the correct lenses. I was told they were going to be a rush order and I would receive a credit. They took over 2 weeks, no rush whatsoever and I was told the credit could be used towards a second pair or for a pair next year, but I could not use any insurance with the discount next year. I don't need a second pair or want to spend additional money. And even at 50% off it would cost me substantially more than just using my insurance. So basically they did nothing to make up for their mistakes. I will definitely not ever be using them again and will never recommend them to anyone. Back to Eyeconic or WalMart for me, both places are much more dependable and affordable. I would give negative stars if that was an option. read more

My family of five have been going to this practice for years. I had an appointment, I showed up for the appointment, they told me I never confirmed it because I never answered my phone. I showed them my voicemails my received calls proving that they never called me. Then they confirmed my phone number they had in the system was correct but they had it marked in their system as wrong phone number. So I drove 35 minutes for my appt., missed hours of work. They told me they couldn't see me. They said a company bought them, not all the information transferred into the new system. But I confirmed that Dr. Bishop of Easton Eyecare is still working under the new name of MyEyeDr. They wouldn't even try to work with me when it was their mistake. My dog had chewed up my sister's glasses on both the ear pieces. They were a mess, but she loves the frame. So we took a chance that maybe Easton Eye Care would be able to repair them. We were so surprised when the technician spoke with us and said she would try and might have ear pieces she could use. A few minutes later she returned with the glasses in like new shape. WOW! What great Customer Service! And they were not originally bought at Easton Eye Care. We will be back for new glasses in the very near future. The technician's name is unusual but she is Luithanian and just the nicest most competent individual. She should get more than 5 Stars! read more
