I waited another half hour for her to return and then she comes out with a post it note and tells me the sign in did not tell the back that I was there and they would see what they could do for me. No apology A few minutes later a man named Jack took over and took care of me before I saw the doctor. The doc and Jack apologized for the delay. I will follow up.in 30 days and decide if I need to switch practices.

I needed to have quite a few test done before seeing the doctor as was a new patient. Everyone was very thorough and friendly .I had a lot of questions and they answered every one of them. I finally saw Dr.Rutzen he was so nice and friendly he took the time to explain all of my options and he also explained each one in detail and also the cost associated with each different option. I left the office feeling very comfortable with my decision to come here. I ended up having to go back in for an appointment with Dr. Franco she specializes with Glaucoma she was equally as nice and thorough. she explained everything and answered all of my many questions. He was very dismissive of my concerns as i had called prior when the prescription was flagged online (yes it was wrong). The receptionist stated it was correct but did not consult Dr. Snow. When i brought this up at my 3rd appointment he could have cared less. His staff is very rude and unfriendly. When I was in my 2nd appointment his assistant said she hurried up and entered the room to avoid getting yelled at. Clearly this office and Dr. Snow are a bit of a mess when it comes to human interaction. I just don't know how you could hire someone (assistant) so cold, rude, and lacking in personality as the assistant. Perhaps she should explore a career in accounting and not deal with humans. I was also told I had a balance when I went it for a past balance, however I never got an invoice or bill in the mail. I don't even know what I was charged for. I will not be returning.

My comment is well that is funny my eyesite is worse than I have ever experienced. in my life. I cannot now drive at night. I had a car accident, the 'glasses' do ZERO for close up near sided reading in fact they are a hinderance and I have to remove my glasses to read anything - BUT, to really read anything I have to have a magnifying glass for everything. Well.....oh well, sorry - but I then said I am going to a true high end nationally known Eye Surgeon in Florida - she says, oh good idea. I have been asking for my records for weeks. First, in person - filled out the form - she reluctantly took it and said she would get my records. 3 weeks later - nothing. I call - and, oh, Dr Xu said, she will have her 'office manager' get those for me. that of course never happened and never followed up and you cannot reach anyone. I have had to then 'call this apparent, records department' and they claim they never got my request for my records. But no, I have called many times. My favorite part is I call this 'records'; desk - and they refuse to email me - I have to email them, just that's their policy.. Messages, emails, no responses - and this is my Eyesite they just can't be bothered with such a huge emotional physical problem as someone's eyesight. They were totally professional and thorough in considering my needs. My new prescription was a bit unusual because it is a temporary fix between cataract surgeries. So they spoke to my doctor directly to confirm it was being filled correctly. They promised to turn them around in two days, and they were done on time. I will certainly continue to use them for my eyeglasses needs.

Bought some montblanc sunglasses awhile ago from Nordstrom rack (there was no warranty). The…read moreglasses ended up losing the screws that held the frame and earpieces together. I searched high and low for anyone who could fix them but nobody carry's montblanc anything. Called about 5 shops, went into 2 optometrists in the area. Nobody could help. Online there were no repair kits that had the size required to fix my sunglasses. I called McNelly and spoke with Linda Kintu. She was super helpful and even went out of her way to help me find montblanc's repair website. Unfortunately that ended up not working out, but Linda said I could come in and they could see what they could do to help. When I arrived at the storefront, Linda was very welcoming and nice! Absolute people person. Linda and Ed Marshall took a look at my glasses and realized that it would require a specialized custom part to fix them, and that they didn't have the part. However, they decided to go above and beyond to help me and were able to somehow construct the part needed out of what they had in the shop. Never expected my glasses to get fixed so I gotta recommend McNelly and both Linda and Ed for their help.
