I have had to then 'call this apparent, records department' and they claim they never got my request for my records. But no, I have called many times. I made a mistake and came to my appointment 2 hours early and he happily made time to see me and didn't make me feel like I had intruded or rushed him. Even the staff were pretty nice - giving me honest advice about the frames and telling me that I might want to look somewhere else given my needs. I also left piled high with coupons and samples. That's one of the BEST things about the MPCP Annapolis office - options! You can see somebody quickly, or you can do telemedicine. There's only one downside: they don't always answer the phone. BUT if you are close enough to drive, just do that - we've always had great results just going in when we had the need.
