I have to lift the rack up and over the door, which often makes the dishes crash against each other. I have owned many dishwashers, as well as loaded other dishwashers hundreds of times; I have never had this problem before. A technician said nothing could be done about it--and I did not want to pay a restocking fee for an appliance which is faulty. Just be sure and check the dishwasher before you buy it.

They solved a problem for me. The units I got wouldn't fit up the stairs. It was a combo washer dryer unit. I knew there might be an issue when I set up the order and delivery, and discussed that with Sandy. She assured me the delivery guys were excellent and would sort it out. They checked the various dimensions and saw it wouldn't work. I drove down to the showroom to see what could be done. They gave me a different stackable set that could make the stairs. Best part- they were still within the original delivery window. Seriously. They did all this today and STILL GOT IT DONE DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME! Shop local! Great staff, great experience.

The freezer door was not closing correctly letting warm air in. The metal racks needed replacing. Lisa at Shore appliance service dept kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Shore appliances if you need repairs for Bosch refrigerators. There are not many repair folks that service Bosch appliances in this area. They were great from start to finish.

He properly evaluated there were major broken parts costing $500 to repair and left the house to file the warranty claim. Not only did we have the original two year warranty, but I spent an additional $130 for extending the warranty to five years. After he left our house, he reported that the failure was due to "overloading the washer" with no evidence, no indication, and no common sense. We are two grandparents living by ourselves with little laundry that we do quite often, so the loads are small. Whirlpool used to be a quality brand, and with a $600 washer with all of the sensors included to complete a proper wash, you would think the sensors would let you know if it truly was overloaded. Anyway, specifically because of the DMV technician's claim that the damage was our fault, the insurance will not reimburse us. I have filed a claim to the Better Business Bureau and will continue to fight this until it is fixed.
