I had kept the original sample and when I got the actual floor I laid out a few pieces to check the color....seemed okay. After the floor was installed I noticed raised bumps on the entire floor and it looked dirty. The owner came out and tested the floor and said it was probably grout haze and suggested a cleaner. The cleaner didn't change the bumps or haze. Over the next 3 months we have been back and forth with the owner a few times, a rep even came by and said she couldn't see a problem despite the difference from the original sample to what I received that I showed her. She claimed she saw not problem. I contacted the owner via text and explained the experience and was never answered. I had suggested that the tile was possibly defective in my note. I was aware there might be a health problem in his family so I let a month go by and still never heard back. I called again this week and said I just wanted to find a solution even if it was other tile cleaners to try. He would never address/admit or take responsibility for the tile looking defective. Despite knowing I have an example of original sample and what was delivered. I think it is not good business to not stand by your product. I have since had another local company look at the sample and installed floor and they agree the tile is defective but Atlas has just dismissed the whole thing. Now I have a floor that is not what I purchased and was told it was not their problem. The other issue with the company is you do not stick with the same sales person through the selling process. This results in one person not taking responsibility for your purchase. I experienced just a bunch of people pointing fingers at each other and not taking responsibility for the sale to their customer. I would never recommend this company.

Taylor worked closely with us, using her excellent math and design skills in helping us maximize the existing space. She also guided us in selecting inserts and add-ons for each cabinet that have made a huge difference in storage and accessibility for our extensive kitchen tools and equipment. She even managed to create a roomy food pantry, which we didn't think we had space for. Once we placed our order, Ali kept tabs on the delivery process, which had a long lead time due to covid related delays with the manufacturer. Ali kept us in the loop the whole time, and came to the site in person on the delivery day to oversee the process. They sent a drunk employee to install fixtures, who used a wrench and scratched our custom fixtures which we had waited 7 weeks to be produced. They mixed cement with a drill gun mixer in our bedroom, which coated everything in our bedroom with a thick layer of dust. They used two different color grouts for the tile in the shower. Zero management of employees. Do NOT use this company.

My installation was NOT done per the agreement and they refused to come to my house to look at the installation and why it was not done correctly for the custom shower. Then they charged my credit card without my permission. I have been rehabbing a house and have never experienced this type of horrible service from a contractor and failure to even look at the install in person to fix the installation. As a result I had to pay an extra $2,000 to have the shower door moved and the tile work repaired. I have made every contractor I have worked with since aware of this business is a scam.

This resulted in a price that was better than online vendors and backed up by the staff. They were also able to answer any questions I had -- helpful to a studious customer. I came back on Tuesday and put the money down -- they gave me the grill cover and charcoal they added on as freebies right then and told me the Big Joe III they had in the warehouse was mine. I came by on Friday with a friend's pickup truck, and two very handy gents loaded it up. They also gave me a bunch of tips for getting it installed at my house. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. If you're buying a top of the line grill, do come to AOK and see what they have. You might be surprised at the price they can offer -- and in today's age, I find it comforting to be able to drive a few minutes away and talk to a person about a large, expensive purchase like this one. On another note: if you're sick of buying grills that rust ever few years or want a setup to take your cook outs to the next level, these guys won't steer you wrong. Beware, window shoppers...they will sell you and sell you well!

I worked with Diane and Mary for several months to ensure my order would be correct. I sent measurements and photos of the cushions I needed to replace. Was assured that all would be done as discussed. I waited months for my cushions to be made, and was so excited when I knew they were shipped. Well, bottom cushions are nit deep enough by several inches. We have to put a piece of a pool noodle behind each cushion to make it work and bottom cushions were supposed to be box cushions with piping and are not. I have contacted Diane and Mary and at first they seemed as if they would help me out then all correspondence stopped. So I am out well over $1000.00, with cushions that don't fit and am looking for someone locally to make new cushions! Order at your own risk.

Using Ray's Touch to resurface my cabinets and install quartz was the best decision ever! We looked…read moreat three other contractors plus Home Depot. The other contractors just didn't feel right. Most wanted to replace my cabinets all together. Ray was very careful with my property. He taped off everything and routed air through the window to remove all dust. He removed my cabinets doors and took them to his shop. My kitchen was very dark. You can't tell what it used to be. Ray and his team were very efficient and on time. The work took one week. I neglected to read my contract carefully. The contract says all fees due in full before delivery meaning before Ray brings your doors and new countertop for installation, any balance must be paid in full. You pay in full beforehand. The new door and new countertop install is the last step and only takes a day. I was concerned about paying in full before the last step was complete and I voiced that concern. Luckily, Ray is a man of integrity and all went well! Ray even installed a wood base at the bottom of one of my cabinets because the bottom of that cabinet was ruined. My dog had bit an end of my cabinet and you can no longer tell. Ray removed any signs of wear or tear in my cabinets. Ray also left behind the paint color of the new cabinets in case I scratched or mistakenly damaged something. Ray's office manager was very professional and his showroom is very clean. They have a large selection of granite, quartz, colors, etc. Everyone on Ray's team was very professional, friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Ray has a very direct pricing model that does not include haggling or negotiation. He does not negotiate his pricing. He simply puts his best pricing forward. This saves so much time! I appreciate that.
