We were selling an older house and needed to get in new appliances quickly. They helped in picking our the right units that could be delivered on our tight time schedule. Learned one item we tried to order from Lowes was on 6 month back order; another was a discontinued item!! In any event, they handled our needs and committed to delivery within 2 weeks except for one item (which ended up arriving in just 17 days.) Communicated with us every step of the way; coordinated with our installer well and more. Highly recommend them; service was top rate and prices were within 3% of Lowes prices. Next time we need applicances won't go anywhere else.

I have to lift the rack up and over the door, which often makes the dishes crash against each other. I have owned many dishwashers, as well as loaded other dishwashers hundreds of times; I have never had this problem before. A technician said nothing could be done about it--and I did not want to pay a restocking fee for an appliance which is faulty. Just be sure and check the dishwasher before you buy it.

I knew there might be an issue when I set up the order and delivery, and discussed that with Sandy. She assured me the delivery guys were excellent and would sort it out. They checked the various dimensions and saw it wouldn't work. I drove down to the showroom to see what could be done. They gave me a different stackable set that could make the stairs. Called ahead to make sure this store could do it (since not all do) and was told they could. Pulled in and was a bit confused to find the store's fill station was inside the garden center's gate. Parked and asked the friendly cashier, who passed me off to someone who could help; was told to back in to the garden center. In the end, it was Leonard (I believe) who did our fill, with two other employees there to watch and learn. I always watch and stand by ready to correct in case the employee does something wrong that can damage the system (lots of places are staffed with folks who don't know how to properly fill an RV tank) but there was no need: Leonard knew his stuff, and did everything correctly and efficiently! The way I feel, she could have put the zipper on while I was standing there and I could have paid my 30$ and left.
