I took my alternator to them to be rebuilt and paid for the work. My mechanic put the rebuilt in my car and it still did not work. Instead of fixing the issue Weeks told me he would give me a refund but he was going to keep my alternator and he proceeded to call my mechanic a crook. Weeks Services is the only crook here. I ended up having two other places test the alternator. It failed 3 tests. I had to pay double labor because of Weeks negligence.

Despite numerous attempts to get updates and resolution--calls, follow-ups, and even sending a friend in person--communication was poor and professionalism was lacking. The repeated delays and excuses went beyond repair issues and felt like outright negligence. What made the situation worse was the dismissive attitude and the sense that concerns were being ignored, which added a layer of disrespect to an already frustrating process. The one positive outcome was that Duromax eventually replaced the generator, which shows they acknowledged the problem with Earl's handling of the situation. However, the fact that Earl's still has the original generator is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices. Overall, I cannot recommend dealing with Earl's shop based on this experience.
