Soon his arrival Gavin called me and told me that some springs had snapped and he would take care of it while he was there , Gavin did the work in a timely manner and he even put a new roller or pulley on free of charge which in today's world that's unheard of. He was very arrogant and rude to me for what seemed like no reason. It became obvious they simply didn't want to deal with my older car. He proceeded to make up a bunch of excuses and claim that they couldn't legally inspect my car. When I asked to show me this in writing or speak to the actual licensed inspector, he refused. I went down the street to shamrock automotive and they did my inspection with no problems. Bob the owner also confirmed my suspicion that I was lied to by the service at premier. This past week had my truck in due to noise when I hit bumps or potholes.. after it was repaired during the test drive they noticed the right front caliper was sticking, this was repaired by them in January when I had front end work done. It was under their warranty and they fixed it with no issues. They are honest, and perform excellent work. Great value for the cost of auto repairs today.
