Mind you, had to take off work 4 times because they couldn't come after 3pm when I get home. Now, my problem is unfixable they say because my fridge is too old and hard to get parts for. Told them I ordered the part in case that was the issue. Was quoted a $175 diagnostic fee, in which never happened! The tech just installed the part and charged me $317. The dryer is still experiencing the same issue and now they won't come out and fix the issue and say the part is not under warranty. And the kicker is when you sign, you don't even see what work the tech actually completed bc it's just a signature block. And Tara the Manager and Tony the tech both refuse to return to fix the issue now or my calls.
