I do not recommend this place. The son and father play a lot of back and forth games. $140 was agreed to cut 2 holes into a range hood. After a week, i called wondering why I haven't received a call yet like they said they would. They tell me it has been ready for a few days. I go to pick it up, and only one hole was cut. I asked George about the other hole and he responded with attitude and said "I don't know what you spoke about with my son" I said "George, I dropped this off with YOU and showed YOU the two holes I marked". And he continued with attitude. Paid him the $140 and left. Didn't have time to bicker with a rude old man like that. This was my second unsatisfied visit with this place. I needed a crane to get my kitchen appliances into my beach house. George Plummer could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I was able to schedule his company's services quickly. His operator was here on time, and got my appliances 2 floors up in no time. We even had some extra crane time and they took a sofa bed and other furniture up. I would highly recommend. Rudest most unprofessional business owner I have encountered in a long time. Was surly disrespectful and unhelpful. Do not recommend. The only reason I am giving this person a one star rating is because he actually picked up the phone; however was very hard to deal with him because he would not listen.
