After 90 minutes we had chosen the new flooring, shower tile, sink style, and counter tops for our 2 bathrooms. Tile Market has an an extensive inventory to choose from, and I cannot stress enough how great Mary was in guiding us with our selections. I cannot comment on price because our bathrooms need to be measured, however I have no issue paying for value. We literally walked all around the store for a half hour with sales associates walking by the entire time - all ignoring us. Not so much as a welcome - someone can help you in just a bit. Or even eye contact for that matter. I finally asked a question of one of the associates who walked into the aisle with another sales person. She's answered curtly with a "no," and walked off. With that, my husband (who was milling about in another aisle) said, "no one wants to wait on you." Kidding - not kidding me and said let's go - I'm not buying anything here. There were at least five or six sales associates waiting on one customer. We walked out. I'm returning to my fantastic store in my previous home town. BUYER BEWARE!!!!…read more Troy was recommended to me by a cabinet company, so I made the trip to Newark to check it out. The $1499 special has very little to choose from, but I managed to find two pieces (read remnants) that would work for me. Template and install time quoted were very quick (should have been a red flag). Then they broke one of the pieces, so I had to go back and pick another. When it came time to install, the guys were very rude, and couldn't install one of the pieces because it needed to be cut and pieced in order to get it in the space. Told me they would be back tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is here, and no installers. They never notified the scheduler that they needed to come back, so I'm pushed back another day. Also, they made a mess in my bathroom, and didn't clean up after themselves. Also, the counter has sand marks in it, so it will now have to be polished where it was glued. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your needs, because this place is terrible. Salesperson won't call me back, manager won't call me back. Also, they charge you the credit card fees. Bad business in my opinion, and I've been self employed for almost 40 years.

After a week, i called wondering why I haven't received a call yet like they said they would. They tell me it has been ready for a few days. I go to pick it up, and only one hole was cut. I asked George about the other hole and he responded with attitude and said "I don't know what you spoke about with my son" I said "George, I dropped this off with YOU and showed YOU the two holes I marked". And he continued with attitude. Paid him the $140 and left. Didn't have time to bicker with a rude old man like that. This was my second unsatisfied visit with this place. DEFINITELY will not be returning.
