We hired this business to repair defects on the walls and paint the whole interior of our home. It was one problem after another. Most of the crew were clueless and cut corners every step they could. They would be sanding walls on one side of the room and painting a wall on the other side at the same time. They made a mess, scratched our floors and did a horrible job. We walked in to the employees (only Spanish speaking) talking about us. We know Spanish and had 2 of the employees kicked out of our home. Do NOT hire this company! read more

Adel and his team did a wonderful job replacing the 40-year-old floor in my 1930's fisherman's cottage in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The project involved a good amount of carpentry work including replacing parts of the subfloor. His workers are top-notch carpenters and he does great work managing them and their time. He made sure they cleaned up and returned the furniture to the original locations. Adel is conscientious, his rates are most competitive and the craftsmanship is excellent. Adel and his team have completed many projects in our newly constructed home. Adel consulted with us to design our master bedroom closets, his and hers. He then chose appropriate cabinetry to blend in well with our decor and paint. The installation was smooth and flawlessly completed with no issues. We were pleasantly surprised by the workmanship of the crew, they removed the trim work reinstalled it, touching up with the appropriate paint colors as they finished the project. The crew was very clean using drop cloths from outside the house, through the house and of course within the closets. The second project was choosing window treatments. Wow! Adele was great. We met within his showroom to talk about colors and types of shades. After narrowing it down to about 10; Adel consulted with us in our home and based upon the light and our style we chose Hunter Douglass Silhouette and Luminette shades for the main floor. Once again Adel and his team did not let us down. Installation was perfect. The third project was choosing window treatments for the guest bedrooms and game room/family room. Adel helped us to choose window treatments that would fit these rooms, pirouette had the exact colors we required for two of the rooms. The remaining rooms including the family room, laundry room and bedrooms we chose the designer banded sheets, which we love in those rooms. Adel and his team painted our 4 story townhouse in Canal Landing. He was one of the most professional and detailed contractors I have worked with. He helped me pick out a color scheme throughout the whole house - that's not my strong suit. After years of having our house as a rental, it was pretty beat up - tents, marks, chips. He transformed our house and it looks like a model home now. The detail that he and his crew took was amazing. Every corner of this house was meticulously done down to the finest detail - even every screw in each switch plate was aligned (not that I'm OCD or anything). I could not recommend him more highly. I rarely take the time to review but had to make sure I gave him an endorsement. Absolutely great job - customer service, price, and quality - highest marks. read more

It's hard to put into words just how grateful we are to Adel and his company, Colorwise & More. When I tell you he took our beautiful, new home and turned it into something magnificent, that is no understatement. We would have been perfectly happy to live in our new home, but he has made it virtually impossible for us to want to leave! Everyone that walks through our home wants to know the name of the beautiful colors on the walls, who was the company that painted the house (because it's perfectly painted), where did we get our gorgeous shutters and silhouettes, and who in the world designed our closets???!!! When my husband and I tell them it was one company, they are floored! So don't let the name Colorwise & More fool you, because the "MORE" is exactly what you should expect from Adel! Upon meeting him, I knew he was exactly the type of person I wanted to work with. He is kind, pleasant, soft-spoken, and extremely knowledgeable about his outstanding products (Hunter Douglas and Org Home). He has just the right way of taking your vision and guiding you to make it happen. Adel even went one step further and when we wanted to use the same color in two bedrooms that were near each other, he re-blended the color to adjust for the darker lighting in the 2nd bedroom! Never once did I feel as though he was trying to steer me in a totally different path, but he gently persuaded me to take a few risks, and now they are the very things that all of our friends and family are "wowed" by! My husband and I were simply amazed by the professionalism of Adel and his employees. You can see from the very moment they step foot into your home, Adel's employees have great respect for him. Adel also held true to his kind nature when offering his employees guidance...he was equally respectful to them, which is something quite rare to see. Adel's employees were just as friendly and pleasant as he and I think it's very telling when an employee says he has worked for the same man for 12+ years...that goes a long way in my book for what type of person Adel is. His employees showed up consistently every day and put so much honest effort into their work that it was no wonder why everything turned out so beautiful! They were extremely respectful & pleasant, and very accommodating. Every day when they left, and after finishing every room in the house, they cleaned up so well that I never had to go behind them and dust or vacuum...and that's after all the sanding, painting, nailing, and hammering...I never saw one speck of dust left behind! Our plantation shutters are simply beautiful...Adel recommended a style that would allow the maximum view of the pond on the back of our home and we are amazed every day when we wake up to that view...Adel couldn't have been more spot on when recommending the perfect shutter for our home. Our silhouettes on the slider and front door are so elegant and yet the color Adel suggested blend so well with the shutters and paint, they are the perfect addition to our beach home. Our closet systems are amazing...Adel designed them to maximize the space we have and he and his employees took great care during the installation phase. Now, we have more storage than we know what to do with! Its construction is beautiful, right down to the hutch in the master closet with soft-close drawers and metal baskets and gorgeous brushed nickel finishes!
