I first contacted Certa Pro a number of months ago, and Patrick came to our Church to see our Project, which was a complete painting of our Sanctuary at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Rehoboth Beach. Due to a number of delays on our part, the job was not able to start until July 8th. The crew estimated it would take 5 days, and there were numerous dry wall repairs needed. At 8;30 on that Friday the finish line looked to me to be impossible to meet, but by 4:30 that afternoon all the Pews were back in place and everything was cleaned up. Had my whole house done, minus bathrooms, These guys are amazing, Did and great job, The plaster patching, loose tape joints, pops, etc, were better than the original dry wall done 20 years ago. These guys worked from 8am to 8 - 9 pm. moved furniture, covered everything, and worked like a Timex, kept on clicking. Patrick Donnelly prepared the contract, and proof of insurance, and followed it to a T. Never asked for a penny, until the job was complete. They seemed to be a little pressed for time on the clean up, but no problems, the wife and I would re clean anyway. We have to give these guys a 110 percent plus. I left town due to the paint fumes, I come back to the most horrible unprofessional terrible painting that anyone has ever seen! My expensive furniture was covered in a thick coat of sanding dust! My headboard was cracked because they moved the bed when out taking off the mattresses! My dyson vacuum cleaner was clogged with sanding dust! Drips were all over! The owner over and tried to intimidate me into paying half! I tallied it he bill and they owed me over 6,000 dollars in damages, not including repainting! When I reported this to the person on the phone the owners wife said I was unstable, they were going to court and file harassment charges, I only called once after I tallied up the damages! These people ruined their own business! Photos now uploaded, there are over fifty mistakes in this so called professional job! I will be contacting corporate this week! Also they said I had their painters feed my cat when I had the President of the civic association check my kitties,and a 2 gallon feeder, if I did the cats would be dead! Steer clear! Also they only painted one coat! Accountability would of went a long way, but they insisted that it was a profession job! Photos can not lie! Also, I found a Budweiser beer cap, the so called supervisor Patrick said my crew does not drink! Zero accountability from these pathetic people! They refused to repaint! read more

Very pleased with CertaPro. Patrick was very thorough with the estimate, and helping us survey the walls for cracks and nail pops. The team showed up on time and completed the job when they said they would. The paint job looks great and they cleaned up afterwards and even vacuumed. The painters were under constant time pressure to get the job done because they were also booked at another nearby job at the same time (plus mediocre weather didn't help). Because of the pressure they were under, some workers went to the other job, and the remaining painters felt the need to keep painting, even when the winds were blowing high (which resulted in a lot of paint overspray over a lot of other things--and not cleaned up). I had to keep a constant eye on the workers to help ensure they got the job done well (if I didn't I'm sure the job would have been real shoddy, thanks to the time pressure they were under). The final job was okay, but not what I would consider "excellent." I am being a bit kind with 3 stars instead of fewer. read more
