One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.

He also installed a NEST Thermostat (that I'd purchased quite a while ago but had never installed). I ended up signing up for their fall and spring tune-ups to keep our system in working order and I think it's very reasonably priced for the peace of mind it provides that our system is being kept in tip-top shape. I was told I was on the delivery list, but since there were a number of emergencies, my propane delivery was delayed. Everyone I spoke with at the Middletown office was so nice and reassuring that I wouldn't run out of propane, and told me how many days of propane I had left in our 500 gallon tank. They came out to do a routine service call on a system that they installed 5 years ago. They told me that I needed parts and that my system was no longer under warranty. I was concerned that the system did not send me a notification of the needed repair and I thought my system had a 10 year warranty! It was a very expensive system. Aaron asked me to pay upfront for the part and for two service calls. I did because I trusted them. They didn't come back as promised to make the repair. I called Carrier and was told that I should not have had to pay for the part because it was under warranty and they also noted that they did not get a notification of the failure either as they and I should have. When Aaron finally returned to install the part, he apologized up and down for letting me down. He said that as soon as Carrier reimbursed him for the part he would return my money. He told me a week later that the check had come and he would return the money as soon as it cleared. Well now he doesn't return my texts and his voicemail is always full! It has been several months and I haven't seen my money. I was the first person to review this company when they opened. I believed in them. Now I tell people to find someone else. These guys don't seem to be the honest people that they once were!

Answered the first time I called and sent someone out with in 45 minutes on a Memorial Day weekend!, they repaired it and even told me they had parts to keep it running for years as long as it wasn't to costly to operate energy bill wise, when it gets to that point.......as well as resolving the issue and explaining ways to keep up on the system in ways I could understand. Very easy company to work with......especially having a second home in the Sussex county area. Peace of mind for sure.
