Removed a 10+ year old electric hot water heater from under the steps and installed a Bradford White 40 gallon lowboy electric hot water heater with an aluminum catch pan which is discharging into the crawl space. Also installed a new ¾" shut off valve and stainless steel braided supply lines. 2. Replaced two leaking lav sink faucets. One in the first floor powder room and the second floor hall bathroom. Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines. 3. Removed a leaking 1/2" x 3/8" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve. 4. Did an overall visual inspection of the valves, toilets, tub/showers and crawl space and at this time found no active leaks or fixture failures.

I stopped them, tripped the pump immediately, and only then did the tech admit he hadn't checked the wiring--because it requires a "specific tool," which he had the entire time. At this point, it feels less like troubleshooting and more like expensive guesswork. If you're looking to spend a lot of money without actually fixing your problem, this is your place. We have a service agreement with your company, and I've left five messages since last night with absolutely no response. Our outdoor HVAC unit has been having issues. A technician came out five days ago and said the unit was rubbing against a pipe. He simply moved the unit by hand and told us everything was fine. Last night, the unit started making a loud buzzing noise that lasts about a second every five minutes. The only reason I even noticed it was because I was outside with the dogs. I have no idea how long it had been doing it because I never received an alert through my Honeywell app. Assuming 3-5 hrs because i did hear it in afternoon. The house was still cooling, but after researching the issue, it was obvious something wasn't right. I shut off the circuit breaker for 10 minutes and turned it back on, but the buzzing continued. I have now left the breaker off because I don't want to risk burning out the motor or causing even more damage. This unit is only a little over four years old. Compressors can fail, but it's certainly not something you expect this early--especially after being told just a few days ago that everything was fine. The lack of communication is just as frustrating as the mechanical issue. Paying $500 a year for a service agreement should include timely callbacks, especially when a customer may be facing equipment damage. If I don't receive a callback immediately, I'll be requesting a full refund of my $500 service agreement which we just renewed 2 weeks ago . I'm prepared to take my business to a company that actually stands behind its service. What am i paying for ?

The installer was friendly and very knowledgeable in his trade. The installation was a somewhat difficult one. Both the owner and installer came to the work site and immediately resolved all problems. This is a second home so the next time we came down and opened the door you could really smell the gas leak! I bought a gas detector at Home Depot and found the gas coupling at the feed valve was leaking. This was on a weekend but I needed to get this fixed for my family's sake. I gently tightened the coupling the rest of the way after finding it loose by about a 1/4 turn. Retested and the leak was gone. Dunno perhaps they were in a rush to get to another job but darn - that was kinda dangerous.
