One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.

They have a yearly service contract that includes having a technician inspect both units and make sure everything is in good condition for the winter and summer seasons. The contract also covers emergency service calls during regular business hours, with an additional fee for after-hours calls. Since my dad passed away, FH Furr has been especially good about keeping both my mom and me informed. They contact my mom when service is due and also send me a text or email, so I can stay in the loop. Every technician who has come out to the house has been great. They take pictures of the work they perform, and when they're finished, they go over everything with you, explaining whether anything needs to be repaired or replaced and recommending anything that might help improve the units. If I'm unable to be there during a service visit, they take the time to call me afterward and review the technician's report with me, after first going over everything with my mom. That kind of communication and consideration means a lot to our family. Overall, I would definitely recommend FH Furr in Selbyville. Their technicians have been great, and I appreciate how well they communicate and keep us informed about the condition of the equipment and any recommended work.

I was told I was on the delivery list, but since there were a number of emergencies, my propane delivery was delayed. I called Carrier and was told that I should not have had to pay for the part because it was under warranty and they also noted that they did not get a notification of the failure either as they and I should have. When Aaron finally returned to install the part, he apologized up and down for letting me down. He said that as soon as Carrier reimbursed him for the part he would return my money. He told me a week later that the check had come and he would return the money as soon as it cleared. Well now he doesn't return my texts and his voicemail is always full! It has been several months and I haven't seen my money. I was the first person to review this company when they opened. I believed in them. Now I tell people to find someone else. These guys don't seem to be the honest people that they once were!
