They changed my meter for a new propane meter, we reported a gas smell, the tech came back out to state the initial tech did not secure the meter properly and that he was a novice. They also charged me 89.99 for the service call. They also can never tell you when a tech is coming to turn on the meter. The reps that answer the phone are untrained on simply giving billing explanation. We lived here for the first 2 years and did not get a consistent bill. They do not offer installment plans. Request non refundable deposits and are not govern by the state or federal government for rules and regulations!

We had a friendly Labrador, and although we brought her in when they came to refill the tank, they always made sure the chain link gate they used was closed when they left so Lacey could go out without us having to make sure her 'escape route' was in tact. This job was quite a challenge as it is a very old beach cottage. They gave honest advice and proposed a Fujitsu system with 5 units inside the house. They had challenges in getting this system installed, including going under a wet house to run the coolant lines to the opposite side of the house from the main outside unit. They did this job with great care (because of the old exterior), knowledge of the system, and professionalism of the installation. It is beautiful and has provided an extension of our season from early in the spring through to late fall. We are extremely happy. We thank them for their dedicated professionalism.

Decided to use their plumbing service. What a disaster. Had to beg the owner to remove a water conditioner that was making our water worse. They never supplied water test results. Always promised to come back the next day and many times did not. And if they schedule an appt and you don't answer the phone when they are on their way they note "no customer response". We pay for "Gold Service" response. HA ! Called on a Fri for leaky Renai hot water system. No one available until Monday afternoon. But hot water is supposed to be covered in 24/7/365
