Also installed a new ¾" shut off valve and stainless steel braided supply lines. 2. Replaced two leaking lav sink faucets. One in the first floor powder room and the second floor hall bathroom. Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines. 3. Removed a leaking 1/2" x 3/8" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve. 4. Did an overall visual inspection of the valves, toilets, tub/showers and crawl space and at this time found no active leaks or fixture failures.

Very frustrating.... If you're closed, your website…read morecertainly doesn't say so--it clearly states you're open until 4:00 PM. Nothing when calling saying your closed just to leave a message . We have a service agreement with your company, and I've left five messages since last night with absolutely no response. Our outdoor HVAC unit has been having issues. A technician came out five days ago and said the unit was rubbing against a pipe. He simply moved the unit by hand and told us everything was fine. Last night, the unit started making a loud buzzing noise that lasts about a second every five minutes. The only reason I even noticed it was because I was outside with the dogs. I have no idea how long it had been doing it because I never received an alert through my Honeywell app. Assuming 3-5 hrs because i did hear it in afternoon. The house was still cooling, but after researching the issue, it was obvious something wasn't right. I shut off the circuit breaker for 10 minutes and turned it back on, but the buzzing continued. I have now left the breaker off because I don't want to risk burning out the motor or causing even more damage. This unit is only a little over four years old. Compressors can fail, but it's certainly not something you expect this early--especially after being told just a few days ago that everything was fine. The lack of communication is just as frustrating as the mechanical issue. Paying $500 a year for a service agreement should include timely callbacks, especially when a customer may be facing equipment damage. If I don't receive a callback immediately, I'll be requesting a full refund of my $500 service agreement which we just renewed 2 weeks ago . I'm prepared to take my business to a company that actually stands behind its service. What am i paying for ?

I told her I was afraid it was going to start leaking worse so she asked me to hold on and then came back on and said that since all of the techs were busy, the owner himself would come out. He arrived within a half an hour with a new hot water heater and had it swapped out in an hour. Because it was under warranty, he said he would handle working with the manufacturer on that as well for me. While they were here, they were very polite and took great care to get up any stray water that spilled as they were doing the swap out and when they were done, they wiped everything down and made sure that everything was dry and clean. I would highly recommend them due to their going the extra mile to take care of one of their customers.

I don't personally use FH Furr, but my mom does, and my parents have been customers since FH Furr…read moretook over the company they previously used for their HVAC services. They have a yearly service contract that includes having a technician inspect both units and make sure everything is in good condition for the winter and summer seasons. The contract also covers emergency service calls during regular business hours, with an additional fee for after-hours calls. Since my dad passed away, FH Furr has been especially good about keeping both my mom and me informed. They contact my mom when service is due and also send me a text or email, so I can stay in the loop. Every technician who has come out to the house has been great. They take pictures of the work they perform, and when they're finished, they go over everything with you, explaining whether anything needs to be repaired or replaced and recommending anything that might help improve the units. If I'm unable to be there during a service visit, they take the time to call me afterward and review the technician's report with me, after first going over everything with my mom. That kind of communication and consideration means a lot to our family. Overall, I would definitely recommend FH Furr in Selbyville. Their technicians have been great, and I appreciate how well they communicate and keep us informed about the condition of the equipment and any recommended work.

I got very ill from gas in house. After 2 days they put sealant on gas lines. They said everything was fixed. Why they went out and messed with my ac to fix furnace is beyond me. They caused a 3 yr old ac unit to stop working. It had worked perfectly till they touched it. Gave me a price of $332 to $2,700 to fix it. Something they screwed up. They also burned up my thermostat. I have hired another company to fix it at half the lowest price. Never hire this company for any repairs. Besides screwing everything up I could have died from gas exposure. I demand a refund!!
