We keep turning to Matt and his crews because they NEVER disappoint! Individually, and collectively, they are true professionals, who take pride in their work. They leave a clean work area (every single day), and are friendly, while being 100% respectful. Plus, their pricing is fair and honest. They've replaced/upgraded all 28 windows in our 1960's beach house, including an absolutely gorgeous patio door. They put on a new screened-in front porch...that is, seriously, the envy of the neighborhood. And, just today, they finished expanding our back two-level deck. They re-built/upgraded our two outside showers. And, replaced the decking and outside utility sink work area. Along the way, they discovered a rotten foundation board that went underneath the middle of the house, going from the back to the front. Replaced that, without batting an eye. I can't say enough good things about this company!

After a week, i called wondering why I haven't received a call yet like they said they would. They tell me it has been ready for a few days. I go to pick it up, and only one hole was cut. I asked George about the other hole and he responded with attitude and said "I don't know what you spoke about with my son" I said "George, I dropped this off with YOU and showed YOU the two holes I marked". And he continued with attitude. Paid him the $140 and left. Didn't have time to bicker with a rude old man like that. This was my second unsatisfied visit with this place. DEFINITELY will not be returning.

I sent him pictures of my house, property and power lines, saving him a trip, and saving me some money.

The onsite dryer and air duct cleaning team were courteous, efficient, and let us know when they ran into an unexpected challenge. I can't say enough good things about A&R Environmental. I contacted them in Sept 2019 when I…read morenoticed mold growing on a wall behind a piece of furniture. They arrived within 24 hours and did a thorough assessment and determined several walls, ceilings and floor tiles had a reading of 99% dampness. It was much worse than I had originally thought. They helped me trace the source of the water leak to two neighbors above me, whose HVAC had been flooding. They immediately brought in a HEPA air vacuum/scrubber to pull mold spores out of the air, and dehumidifiers to dry up the moisture. They installed a plastic barrier for mold containment and opened up the walls, removing all mold. When removing drywall, floor molding and door trim; they were very meticulous and cut neat lines that made it easier for a contractor to come in behind them and repair the damage. It took about a week for the moisture to dry up, but they came every day to document everything with photos and moisture meter readings. The technicians (Steve, Robert, Dylan) answered all of my questions and concerns, and explained things that were easy for me to understand. Because the flooding mainly affected my laundry & HVAC room, they coordinated with a 3rd party company to remove my HVAC and hot water heater so that moldy walls could be removed; and later coordinated for them to be reinstalled after my contractor did the wall repairs. They also cleaned the air ducts to ensure the mold had not spread throughout the house. They were so good at the mold remediation and water mitigation that both neighbors also affected by the flood also used their company. A&R coordinated directly with my insurance company, as well as the company of the neighbor who caused the flood and ensured me they would work with me to develop a financial plan to pay any costs that the insurance companies did not. A special thanks to Nathalie and Lauren who called and emailed me regularly with updates and assurances. A&R went beyond my expectations and not only eradicated the mold from my house, but throughout the process ensured my health and safety was their top priority. I hope I never had to use their services for mold remediation and water mitigation again, but I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

We picked up approximately 30 pavers once we started laying the pavers we decided to just do the front walk and a small walk in the back and illuminate the walk down the side of the house this left approximately 10 pavers that we did not use at $36 apiece plus tax approximately $400 worth of pavers we wanted to return when we tried to return them we were then told they do not return anything mind you there's no signage and nothing on the receipt this is a stock item that's sitting in the parking lot we loaded it not them and we were willing to unload it not them but they would not even consider a restocking fee they just said no and when we told him that we were not use them anymore that that was a little ridiculous for a future customer they said that's fine so if we as a contracting company and a remodeler are treated this way how do you think you're going to be treated I would find somewhere else to buy your products these people are shysters
