I wasn't impressed. I called to get a quote. My dryer vents from the roof and I'm in a 3-story townhouse. I told them this, and they asked if I have a second story deck where they could access the roof more easily. I said yes and that would be fine. Two guys came out. We unexpectedly had company so I was not hovering, but why would I need to? They said they actually don't need to go onto the roof, they could do it from inside the attic. ? Okay, I guess, what do I know. A while later, they came down and said all done, everything looks good. I paid them and they left. Later in the evening we discovered that they left our attic access panel a filthy mess! I was very upset about this and should have called but never did. Now I have to get up on a ladder and clean and most likely paint this!! This was perfectly clean before they touched it! Very, very unprofessional! I am very happy with the service i received from Delaware Dryer Vent Company , they showed up on time with booties without me telling them. Great attitudes from the office and young man that came out (I wish i took his name). He was very professional, knowledgeable, answer all my questions also cleaned up work area. I give them a 2 because the guy who came out was a very nice guy. Problem is they come out to do a dryer vent cleaning and the guy tells me that don't clean a flex duct BUT I can pay them to put in a hard duct. Really? Are you kidding me? Most of this community has flex AND don't you think they could have told me that?! Then they charge me a $65 trip charge like the screw up is my fault! I only paid it because the rep was a good guy and the screw up came from their office not him. Pissed! read more

Used Delaware Dryer Vent for the first time a few weeks ago and I will continue to use them. Professional service by all. Michelle in the office is just fantastic, keeps you informed and up to date on your appointments. Service fee was reasonable and the service was excellent. Completely cleaned up the area that they worked in and now our cloths dryer works like it is brand new.
