We unexpectedly had company so I was not hovering, but why would I need to? They said they actually don't need to go onto the roof, they could do it from inside the attic. ? Okay, I guess, what do I know. A while later, they came down and said all done, everything looks good. I paid them and they left. Later in the evening we discovered that they left our attic access panel a filthy mess! I was very upset about this and should have called but never did. Now I have to get up on a ladder and clean and most likely paint this!! This was perfectly clean before they touched it! Very, very unprofessional! He asked me to walk him through the house and show him what was to be done. He was able to get some pets stains out that was sure were there to stay. One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.
