The work was done on time, professionally, and quickly. The workmen were courteous, and careful to protect the heating/cooling system in my attic. I asked the office what was covered for free per the website, and this was the response: "To clarify, while we do offer free estimates, the $179.00 service fee was disclosed during our initial phone conversation. Additionally, had our technician identified any further issues with your system during the visit, a free estimate for that specific repair work would have been provided then."
