One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.

The kid did a fantastic job but we were charged $2800 for a $17-1800 dollar job. Called in to ask why it was that price when 2 other places we called both said the same price, $1000+ cheaper. Took the manager I guess he was 2 weeks to get back up with us and he said he had to do research on how competitive the pricing was and kept trying to explain there quality of parts and service warranted the cost. Well my wife wouldn't accept it and they finally refunded us $250. So we cancelled the contract and just had another plumbing issue and used Drain Chasers Plumbing in Georgetown and he was fantastic. Super nice, and a private owned business. Sean from Drain Chasers was who we had just come out and gave me his personal cell phone number for if any other issues arise.

Our upstairs system broke down in May, 2024 (see last review). Since then, the downstairs system…read morehas broken down 3 times. First in August, 2024. They replaced the fan motor on the outdoor unit. Again in January, 2025. They said it was freon leak but never showed us proof. Said they replaced a coil and put in 12 lbs of freon, charging us $1800 after the tech had to come back a second time because he wasn't dressed appropriately for the cold weather. System broke again in early Feb, 2025. They came out said it was the motor that they replaced in August, 2024, and then said they would no longer honor their service warranty because we hadn't had the units serviced, except they had been out to service them every year because they kept breaking down. They wanted to charge around $780 for labor. When they called back they price had risen to almost $900 for the same job. Called another company. Find out that they uinstalled an old used inappropriate motor in August and now wanted to charge us to fix it correctly. Also found out that our system only hold 9.8 lbs of freon so they over charged for us for at least 2 lbs of freon. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME!!!

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable but did not have the thermostat controller board that was needed. He did have a transformer and replaced that and bypassed the controller board to get the heat restored while we waited on the part. The service charge was $89, the transformer was $277 and the controller board was $994. Seemed a little expensive to me and after a little research the controller board is $100 and if ordered with the transformer $130. I did not have them return to install the controller board and instead found another company.

They worked nearly the whole week at our house and it was a pleasure to have them here! They're super thorough. What little mess they did make, they cleaned up every day. They were also happy to show me exactly what they were doing whenever I popped my head up there. They arranged the system so we can still easily move through our attic and use it for storage. They also brainstormed with us about other attic issues and were able to tack some extra things onto the job. Lloyd called a parts manufacturer when I had questions about the type of bulb they used.
