I don't like the fact it cost me 33% of the system cost for a repair less then 3 years after the installation of the system! [UPDATE]: The issue to fix cost me $600 vs. $3300 (savings of 500%!!!!) from a local company as well (Comfort Experts Heating & Air LLC). I recommend trying them instead. Removed a 10+ year old electric hot water heater from under the steps and installed a Bradford White 40 gallon lowboy electric hot water heater with an aluminum catch pan which is discharging into the crawl space. Also installed a new ¾" shut off valve and stainless steel braided supply lines. 2. Replaced two leaking lav sink faucets. One in the first floor powder room and the second floor hall bathroom. Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines. 3. Removed a leaking 1/2" x 3/8" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve. 4. Did an overall visual inspection of the valves, toilets, tub/showers and crawl space and at this time found no active leaks or fixture failures.

Well my wife wouldn't accept it and they finally refunded us $250. So we cancelled the contract and just had another plumbing issue and used Drain Chasers Plumbing in Georgetown and he was fantastic. I got very ill from gas in house. After 2 days they put sealant on gas lines. They said everything was fixed. Why they went out and messed with my ac to fix furnace is beyond me. They caused a 3 yr old ac unit to stop working. It had worked perfectly till they touched it. Gave me a price of $332 to $2,700 to fix it. Something they screwed up. They also burned up my thermostat. I have hired another company to fix it at half the lowest price. Never hire this company for any repairs. Besides screwing everything up I could have died from gas exposure. I demand a refund!!
