I don't personally use FH Furr, but my mom does, and my parents have been customers since FH Furr…read moretook over the company they previously used for their HVAC services. They have a yearly service contract that includes having a technician inspect both units and make sure everything is in good condition for the winter and summer seasons. The contract also covers emergency service calls during regular business hours, with an additional fee for after-hours calls. Since my dad passed away, FH Furr has been especially good about keeping both my mom and me informed. They contact my mom when service is due and also send me a text or email, so I can stay in the loop. Every technician who has come out to the house has been great. They take pictures of the work they perform, and when they're finished, they go over everything with you, explaining whether anything needs to be repaired or replaced and recommending anything that might help improve the units. If I'm unable to be there during a service visit, they take the time to call me afterward and review the technician's report with me, after first going over everything with my mom. That kind of communication and consideration means a lot to our family. Overall, I would definitely recommend FH Furr in Selbyville. Their technicians have been great, and I appreciate how well they communicate and keep us informed about the condition of the equipment and any recommended work.

I got very ill from gas in house. After 2 days they put sealant on gas lines. They said everything was fixed. Why they went out and messed with my ac to fix furnace is beyond me. They caused a 3 yr old ac unit to stop working. It had worked perfectly till they touched it. Gave me a price of $332 to $2,700 to fix it. Something they screwed up. They also burned up my thermostat. I have hired another company to fix it at half the lowest price. Never hire this company for any repairs. Besides screwing everything up I could have died from gas exposure. I demand a refund!!

Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines. 3. Removed a leaking 1/2" x 3/8" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve. 4. After a brief text conversation I was quoted a price and directed to call to set up the job. A few day later I called and spoke to Kelly, who quickly set me up an installation date a week later. (By this point, only one of the other 4 had contacted me and they were scheduling a month out!) On the day scheduled for the installation, Tony, showed up, on time. He was kind, polite and helpful, explaining exactly what he was going to do. He quickly and efficiently completed the job, even vacuuming, when done. He took time to review the job and explain my next steps, as I was installing the faucet myself, at a later date(as part of a kitchen remodel). Based on this experience, I would highly recommend East Coast Plumbing Service for any plumbing job. They were fairly priced, efficient, kind and got the job done quickly.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I…read morecalled because of an active water leak affecting my bathroom and closet ceiling. Before the plumber arrived, I had already done some troubleshooting and explained that the leak became worse when water was being used in the house and slowed significantly when I shut off the main water supply. The plumber briefly looked around, noticed a small amount of water in the HVAC condensate pan, and immediately concluded that the air conditioning was the cause. He would not seriously consider the information I provided or investigate other possible plumbing-related causes, despite the clear pattern I described. I felt like my observations were dismissed without a thorough evaluation. On top of that, there was a non refundable fee of $179 for the visit. When you're dealing with a leak that is actively damaging your home, you want someone who will methodically diagnose the problem rather than jump to a conclusion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and performs a more comprehensive assessment before ruling out other possibilities.

Because it was under warranty, he said he would handle working with the manufacturer on that as well for me. While they were here, they were very polite and took great care to get up any stray water that spilled as they were doing the swap out and when they were done, they wiped everything down and made sure that everything was dry and clean. I would highly recommend them due to their going the extra mile to take care of one of their customers.
