Removed a 10+ year old electric hot water heater from under the steps and installed a Bradford White 40 gallon lowboy electric hot water heater with an aluminum catch pan which is discharging into the crawl space. Also installed a new ¾" shut off valve and stainless steel braided supply lines. 2. Replaced two leaking lav sink faucets. One in the first floor powder room and the second floor hall bathroom. Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines. 3. Removed a leaking 1/2" x 3/8" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve. 4. Did an overall visual inspection of the valves, toilets, tub/showers and crawl space and at this time found no active leaks or fixture failures.

Took the manager I guess he was 2 weeks to get back up with us and he said he had to do research on how competitive the pricing was and kept trying to explain there quality of parts and service warranted the cost. Well my wife wouldn't accept it and they finally refunded us $250. So we cancelled the contract and just had another plumbing issue and used Drain Chasers Plumbing in Georgetown and he was fantastic. They also burned up my thermostat. I have hired another company to fix it at half the lowest price. Never hire this company for any repairs.
