Since my dad passed away, FH Furr has been especially good about keeping both my mom and me informed. They contact my mom when service is due and also send me a text or email, so I can stay in the loop. Every technician who has come out to the house has been great. They take pictures of the work they perform, and when they're finished, they go over everything with you, explaining whether anything needs to be repaired or replaced and recommending anything that might help improve the units. If I'm unable to be there during a service visit, they take the time to call me afterward and review the technician's report with me, after first going over everything with my mom. That kind of communication and consideration means a lot to our family. Overall, I would definitely recommend FH Furr in Selbyville. Also installed a new ¾" shut off valve and stainless steel braided supply lines. 2. Replaced two leaking lav sink faucets. One in the first floor powder room and the second floor hall bathroom. Also on the first floor lav sink replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and both supply lines. 3. Removed a leaking 1/2" x 3/8" supply valve in the kitchen cabinet which was supplying cold water to the R.O. filters. Also installed a new valve. 4. He would not seriously consider the information I provided or investigate other possible plumbing-related causes, despite the clear pattern I described. I felt like my observations were dismissed without a thorough evaluation. On top of that, there was a non refundable fee of $179 for the visit. When you're dealing with a leak that is actively damaging your home, you want someone who will methodically diagnose the problem rather than jump to a conclusion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and performs a more comprehensive assessment before ruling out other possibilities.
