Randy offers suggestions and different options to improve your final project. He and his staff are quick to respond to questions, suggestions and feedback. Evan(Master Electrician) is friendly, conscientious, hard working and does high quality work. The plumbers Fernando and Brian are also fantastic and they did a nice job installing our water filtration system and water softener. Randy and his crew built us a beautiful 4 seasons room, installed ship lap ceilings in multiple rooms with real wood beams in three rooms. Delaware Home Improvements also transformed our builder grade laundry room into a beautiful laundry room with quartz countertop and real wood cabinets. They also painted the interior of our house and repaired the imperfections left by the builder's drywall finishers. Some of the other upgrades they completed include installing a water softener, additional interior lights , upgraded bathroom fan, and a Cambridge paver patio with lighted seating wall and columns.
