Renovations in a condo are tricky; there are lots of limitations to what you can do to the structure and building policies to follow. One Call took care of obtaining all the permits and working with the building manager to make sure all of our modifications were by the book; saving us a lot of headaches in the future. My favorite part is the custom built bookcase replacing an old dated iron railing. It looks like a completely different unit, changing our outdated unit into a contemporary home. As an added bonus they came in on time and on budget. We will definitely use them for our kitchen renovation next year!

Now post are all mostly loose and not aligned in line to each other When you complaint ,they turn it around and try to blame you for the issue you are having. The Field Supervisor said I was the biggest complainer they ever had. I stand up for myself and I am a retired Contractor and Realtor, I have installed and over seen the installation of many fence installs. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. The heights of all horizontal polls on the main top of the fence are not aligned on the fence. Will return with many photos to show you .
