they will destroy your personal property. they will not take care of your yard. they will cut your…read moregrass after a torrential downpour, leaving tire tracks and ruts for YOU to look at and repair. their method of trimming is pulling out as much string of the weedwhacker as possible and then buzzsaw away. they do not clean up afterwards either. my dog does enjoy playing with the 14 inches of weedwhacker string they leave behind every week. none of the workers on site speak English so when you ask them to not do something or to come back to see the damages they have done they smile and keep on buzzing away. this company is in the process of getting fired by our community due to damages on houses, gutters, siding, lawn ornaments, etc. if you get the chance to think twice about this guy, think twice. dont bother to contact them, Mike won't return your call.

I also recognize they may feel I am a bit of a pain because I'm very involved in making sure my landscape is healthy and beautiful and for this reason I was willing to pay their rate which is higher than most. But on two occasions now (once in my previous home and recently in my new home), the company informed me they no longer wanted my business. What I have come to realize is that if you are a customer that has questions, about the service and/or the bill you receive (which was my case on both occasions) and they can not substantiate your concerns - you are not the kind of customer they want to do business with! If you just stay quiet and pay your bill - you can be a customer for life! I was accused of being "extremely rude" to the young woman that answers the phone when I questioned the schedule and the additional bill I received for service provided. Despite the fact that they acknowledged the amount of business generated from the beauty of my lawn in my previous neighborhood, they are incapable of having a reasonable conversation to answer the billing question I had. In the long run - they've done me a huge favor as I have a service provider that values their customers asking questions and being involved! I decided to write this review as I have heard from another customer they were treated the same way, and people should not tolerate this when you are paying top dollar for a service! Arbor Care provides a good service, at a premium price, but their customer service is horrible if they feel challenged. Because of this repeated poor attitude I rate them a 2 star.

Hired them to cut a tree down with our neighbor. They gave us a quote. So they then have to come out to finish the job, and they then charge us 50% more because they couldn't finish the job in one day. Because they didn't schedule the work with us so that there was no contractor. They originally charged $3095 which was paid in full and now trying to charge $1732 more. Complete and total rip-off.
