They worked safely and avoided any property damage. On the technical side of things, I was satisfied. The bad: The quoting and scheduling process was very disappointing. The estimator visited my property (without me present) and provided a quote after walking the site. A month later, when the scheduled workday came, the technician suddenly said he couldn't honor the quote. He claimed I had poured a new cement driveway since the quote, which was simply not true -- the driveway had been there all along. He explained that using their truck might damage the driveway, so the tree would need to be climbed and removed a different way. That's fine, but the $800 price increase should have been acknowledged as their mistake, not blamed on me. I even offered to meet halfway, but he refused and insisted on the full amount. With no other option, I agreed just to get the tree down. Bottom line: the tree was removed safely, but the lack of accountability and the last-minute upcharge left a very bad impression. they will destroy your personal property. they will not take care of your yard. they will cut your…read moregrass after a torrential downpour, leaving tire tracks and ruts for YOU to look at and repair. their method of trimming is pulling out as much string of the weedwhacker as possible and then buzzsaw away. they do not clean up afterwards either. my dog does enjoy playing with the 14 inches of weedwhacker string they leave behind every week. none of the workers on site speak English so when you ask them to not do something or to come back to see the damages they have done they smile and keep on buzzing away. this company is in the process of getting fired by our community due to damages on houses, gutters, siding, lawn ornaments, etc. if you get the chance to think twice about this guy, think twice. dont bother to contact them, Mike won't return your call.
