The DZ technicians saved me from things like cracking/falling interior walls, 5 serious cracks in the house's foundation needing a vapor barrior, laying a waterproof floor and upgrading the old sump pump. Date of repair May, 2025. Basement repair. Workers unprepared without equipment and truck. Only 2 workers all week for a job that she was told would take 3 days takes 5. foreman when asked a question just blew her off we'll get it done. Did not put plastic down as we were told None on stairs that they had to carry all of the excess up. No Ventilation prevention so house inside is covered with concrete dust, now having to go to the Drs because of breathing problems. If the work is done properly don't no yet just finished Friday. Safety measures were not in place to prevent the dust etc. Osha problem. We had installation done a few years ago on our office. We have been having issues with odors for some time. We asked for help from them twice and they said that there was nothing wrong with the installation and that it must be something else. We called a local company to take a look and found that we have no drainage, no sump pumps, water is backing up under the liners, a dehumidier was placed and never plugged in due to no electric being installed, there is standing water on top the liner due to not being tied into to the non-existent drainage system. Please skip the franchise and get local companies who will go over and beyond to do the job properly. We are now going to be out alot more money to fix what should have been done to begin with as part of the standard encapsulation process. read more

This process was professional from beginning to completion. My steps were to high for safe egress into my home due to sidewalk sinking and separating. Estimator arrived on time and explained everything. He was able to give me estimate and contract on the spot. Bryan arrived on time and got the job done so that it looks like new.
