He added that there was nothing more to do (except that I buy a part equal to the cost of a new refrigerator). The repair was only partially completed so I notified the office. Staff there went into intricate and confusing reasons why they could not refund even a small part of my payment-in-full even though they accepted my $537 full payment. The company failed to complete the repair as they initially claimed they would (after accepting my full payment for the full repair). Never again.

I didn't like the new ranges on the market so I decided to contact Henlopen Appliance hoping they could service the unit. The person I spoke with confirmed they service GE ranges. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Tuesday. The technician, Trevor Vest showed up on time and once I explained the problems I was having with the range he got right to work. He tested all the burners then made the necessary adjustments to get the burners working properly. The whole experience from making the appointment to interacting with Trevor as he made the fixes was enjoyable. He even gave me advice about using our front-loading washing machine. There is no doubt in my mind who I will contact if I need help with an appliance.

It needs help. I initially had Sears come over to resolve an issue and it turned out really confused. He ordered the part and charged me $200+ dollars for the part plus $100 for coming over. Then I find out almost $700 to install a washer gasket. Seemed a bit expensive for being a member client in your Sears service. Once the part came to my home the system kept rescheduling appointments (4 times) until I had to almost cancel the service to get someone to answer the phone. I was on the phone at least 4 times with AI and finally a real person. Once I got a REAL person in the chat was I able to resolve the problem. The AI chat couldn't comprehend a different issue outside a typical scheduling and part ordering task. This online system needs attention. Drew and your LIVE online help is the only thing that kept me a continuing customer. It definitely wasn't the AI scheduling system. I understand that is where things are going but you have to have a "get out of jail free card" on the website to resolve real more complicated issues. Sorry for the long winded response but I lost a lot of time and effort and so did your office. Thank god for Drew and your small online "real person" presence.
