On 5/18/23, I had one of their techs to come to my house due to the fact that outlets in two rooms…read morewere not working. The tech spent 2.5 hours in my home (I believe that was purposed to get more money) testing outlets and called himself trying to troubleshoot the issue. He also pulled the panel off the breaker box to check to see if one of the breakers were bad and that was not the problem. There were some outlets that he stated he needed to check that could have been causing the problem that he was not able to get to. He then stated that he would possibly need to cut a hole in the wall and check to see if there was a break somewhere in the line. Long story short, after all that time at my home, nothing repaired and still having no power in the two rooms, Weisman charged me $545.00 just to test outlets and repair NOTHING!!! I sent a comment out to Weisman later that day to address my concerns and someone did call me back and state that they would send a Master tech out the next day with the tech who came previously to see if the problem could be resolved. I asked if there would be an additional charge for the next day service since I already gave $545.00 and nothing was done, she stated that she did not know. The next day, they sent someone to my home and called me to let me know the tech was at my home. Since they never told me if an additional charge would be added, I cancelled the appointment. A few days later they sent me a bill in the mail stating that I owed them $75.00 for a cancellation. I believe that I should be reimbursed the $545.00 that I already paid them for services that they never even provided. They should have just charged me a trip charge of $75.00 since they never completed the service. I reached out to them again after getting the bill and they have yet to reply back, but I guarantee they will send me another bill stating I still owe them $75.00 plus a 3.5% service charge for a late fee. Guess I will have to report them to the BBB as well as do what others do in this case, get the news media involved, bad publicity is not good for any business' these days.

So...... I bought an electric car. You know what's next, I need to be able to charge it at home…read more I didn't realize it would be that difficult to navigate through electricians to find one to install an EV charger. Luckily, several of my neighbors have EVs so I just asked one of them. Edmunds was recommended. I communicated with John, via E-mail and we went back and forth for days. We finally honed in on a good day/time for both of us and set forth to get it done. Well, John had an emergency, but I was glad he communicated that with me in advance. I had taken the day off from work and that gave me the opportunity to save that day. On top of that, he accommodated a weekend appointment so I could save my leave. We agreed on an early appointment and we, finally, communicated via text the day of the appointment. I'm big on communications, customer service, and John delivers. We spoke about my charge, he gave me a run down of what he was going to do, and called me to the garage when he needed my opinion on where I'd like to mount the charger. I asked questions, based on my research, and he answered. Overall, the appointment was quick and painless. He mounted the charger where I wanted it. After it was installed I plugged in may car to make sure it worked. He also asked me how much power the car was pulling to make sure everything was everything. It was a good experience and the cost was within the parameters of our agreement. I feel it was reasonable. He did a great job and within an hour he was done. I'll definitely keep his business card handy for my electrian need.
