Arrived on time. Replaced an igniter for my oven. Works great now. Sam & Alfredo were fantastic. Highly recommend this company.

One of the burners on our stove wasn't working. Steve and Anthony came just a few days after our call to assess the problem, ordered the right parts and within a couple of days came back to fix the stove. Highly recommend. read more

Two young and knowledgeable techs showed up on time to fix the dishwasher. Which of course was no longer malfunctioning. They determined that water had leaked and gotten a sensor wet, checked all the connections, ran a partial cycle, and repositioned the unit slightly to help prevent any future leaking. They then routed the drain line more efficiently and even corrected a small water filter leak they noticed while putting items back under the sink. We will definitely use Appliance Guys again if needed. read more

Shout out to Steve (aka: the new guy) and Sam. They arrived on time (and a day early) to look at my dead dishwasher. Very friendly, and upfront about the price to fix. I asked for recommendations (store, brands) and Steve was more than happy to oblige. I followed his suggestions and I'm having a new DW installed on Friday. I'll definitely be calling the next time I need their expertise. read more

I absolutely dreaded finding an appliance repair man. In fact, I put off repairing my dishwasher for over a year. (Yup, I would rather do dishes by hand than find a repair guy) But when my fridge went out, I had to do something. Now I realize I was an idiot for not finding the Appliance Guys sooner. All my worries were for nothing. The office manager scheduled me so fast that I felt prioritized. They didn't make me sit around and wait all day either. They gave me a reasonable window and called before they showed up. Steve diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and got back to our house quickly. Steve saved us money too! Fixing the dishwasher and fridge was cheaper than buying new ones. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. The icing on the cake? My dog loved Steve ;) read more

Steve came and efficiently repaired our U-line wine cooler, replacing the thermistor. We are happy with the process and the outcome.

They called, letting us know when they would arrive to repair our refrigerator. They were the owner and his son, who was being taught the appliance repair business. They worked together to fix our frig, and left, leaving two satisfied customers. read more

Appliance Guys Customer Service from the initial call to making an appointment to the actual appointment is spot on. Their response time to the initial message was less than two hours, an appointment was secured within two business days, and the initial service call by Joe (the Owner) was completed in less than 30 minutes which included a thorough review of the repair necessary. This quality of customer service can only be had by an organization that knows it business and values it's customers. We will not hesitate to contact them should the need arise again. read more

WOW what a great company! Everything went well. They came within a couple days they set up a timeframe and they called the day before to make sure I was still on schedule and they called 15 minutes before they arrived. They repaired my dryer with no problem and also repaired my washer which I did not report but talk to him about the problem he looked at it and repaired it. Also I feel like I have a new washer and dryer. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done on your appliances. read more

I wrote a very positive review six years ago so of course I called the Appliance Guys when my gas oven wasn't working properly. The process of scheduling an appointment was clear and simple and timely. Chuck arrived promptly and was very professional and respectful of my covid related concerns. In a friendly manner he assessed the appliance problem, repaired it and gave advice for future maintenance. His expertise and attitude was definitely 5 star...and the cost was fair (not artificially inflated like other businesses). They are the only people I will call for any appliance issues. Thanks. read more

Great service! Steve was awesome. Fixed both my dryer and compactor. I had only request the dryer repair initially, but asked if he could looked at my jammed compactor and he was more than willing to take a look. He was a genius not only unjamming it but fixing a burned out switch which he fixed using a switch he was able to make on site! Amazing! So pleased with the service and the knowledge he provided. Highly recommend the company! read more

Joe did a great job fixing my dryer. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate before proceeding with the repair. He replaced parts and cleaned out the backside of my dryer. He was professional, explaining the repairs needed and cleaned up after himself. Well done. read more

Let me just start by saying Appliance Guys are an overall fantastic company. David was the service guy that came to repair my oven. He was on time, efficient, thorough, professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable etc... I could go on but I think you get the picture. He is amazing. I contacted management after the repair was completed, to inform them of the great experience, and was met with yet again another professional by the name of Mike. I give this company five stars only because that is the limit. I made an excellent decision going with Appliance Guys. Thank you David and Mike for being the professionals that you are. Oh wait, don't let me forget the young lady that scheduled my appointment. Apologies, I don't remember her name but she too was very accommodating and professional. read more

We used Appliance Guys to repair our dishwasher recently and can recommend them highly. Our technician, Joe, repaired the issue we had initially called about, and discovered another issue with a leak that wasn't obvious that could have potentially caused a lot of damage. The service and professionalism of Joe and the office staff who contacted us was top notch. read more

Our 17 year old Refrigerator's Ice Maker quit working 3 weeks ago. After a few days, I thought I'd change the water filter anyway since it had been 2-3 years since I changed it last time. However, the ice maker remained inop until 4-5 days ago. I figured the failure, then the return to normal ice making operation was due to an intermittent problem, possibly a board behaving badly. I decided to call The Appliance Guys for help. Chuck, from the Appliance Guys visited today and checked out the system. Since it was in the process of making ice, everything was ok. Chuck explained that leaving a water filter unchanged for 2-3 years could likely have caused the ice maker to quit working. He also felt that it took about 2 weeks for the water line to clear itself and allow the ice maker to work correctly. I paid the service call fee which can be applied to any future ice maker problem in the next 6 months. I felt Chuck provided great service today and I recommend the Appliance Guys for others needing appliance help. read more

Fixed our dishwasher and oven, super nice, on time, so we will be using them again! Thanks!

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. I'm happy with their punctuality and honesty. I will definitely use them again.

I had a dishwasher emergency and they called me back immediately and came out the next day. They gave me super helpful advice as well!

We're from out of town refitting a yacht and I can't praise these guys enough. From the office manager answering the phone setting up appointments to the field technicians this company is top notch. Our technician was Dave, showed up on time identified the issue ordered the parts and was done inside an hour. Fast forward two weeks and again on time (even on Saturday) and had the parts installed faster than I offer him a cup of coffee. Now this is what we as a customer expect but what's next is where they go above and beyond. Part of our issue extended beyond the boundaries of the appliance so it's not their issue at this point. However Dave helped diagnose a potential failure point and even after leaving was available to discuss and made sure we were up and running. This is what sets them apart and why you don't want to waste your time anywhere else. read more

Appliance Guys does it again. Awesome service. Quick and reasonable. Professional service every time.

Lee Returned my call promptly and showed up at the exact appointment time....We had a leaky washer and an oven with a broken convection motor ....he was efficient and professional and knowledgeable...We highly recommend him! read more

Scheduling was very easy. Joe was very easy to work with, explained everything, was thorough in his research of the problem. I would definitely use Appliance Guys again. read more

Very pleased. Prompt and kept both appointments as set. Reasonably priced. Hopefully, the repair to a four year old refrigerator will After 4 months the repaired part failed. The new part that was installed started making noise and the unit wouldn't stay cold. I called for service and was told the warranty was 90 days. There would be fees to return. I was very pleased with the initial service but won't recommend a company that will only back it's work for 90 days. I realize the company has to draw the line somewhere. I'm done with them and will never call or recommend them to anyone. read more

Our tech was scheduled to arrive between 8am and 12pm and he called about 15mins before 8am and said he would be there in 10-15mins he was here promptly and was kind and courteous and went out of his way to explain exactly what was wrong with our washer and was very honest about it not being cost efficient to try and repair it! We really appreciated all the time he took and him answering all of our questions! Would definitely recommend them to everyone!! read more

What a wonderful company and experience! The office staff immediately returned my online request for service and she was very helpful on accommodating my schedule. I had an issue with my refrigerator and Steve came to diagnose it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced . He was very careful with my hardwood floors and cared about the area where the dust would be blown out as he worked. It was up and ready to use immediately. A part had to be ordered so he returned with it several days later just as he said. Steve is the owner and even told me to call him if any issues came up in the future. What a great experience! I highly recommend Appliance Guys to you. read more

I would recommend Appliance guys for you washer and dryer needs. I got an appointment the next day, which is usually a pretty hard thing to do. The timeframe stated was only a couple of hours as well (I didn't have to wait all day). Felipe was so knowledgeable about my problems and fixed them in no time. He also gave me great tips on how to avoid further problems. Definitely do not hesitate to call them.., you will be happy you did. read more

Our washing machine broke right in the midst of this Corona Virus epidemic. First, I panicked, then I called Appliance Guys. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. She passed my info onto a service tech right away. Felipe called me right back and helped me diagnose over the phone. Steve came out the very next day and worked tirelessly to fix it. Although my washer was beyond repair, they helped ease my worries during a stressful time. I am thankful to know of such a wonderful company and the next time an appliance breaks, I will be sure to call Appliance Guys! read more

Called Appliance Guys on Wednesday afternoon, needed someone to fix my LG washer. They where able to come out the next day (LG service stated they could come out in a week UG). The tech Dave was right on time, called previously to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Fixed my washer and gave me information on do's and don'ts to keep my front loader working. Plus they are a family owned and local bussiness. I will call on them again for any of my appliance needs. read more

We had an amazing repair woman, Jamie, from Appliance Guys come out to fix our dryer. She was prompt, professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, talked me through the various options without any pressure tactics, and was back within a day or two to finish up the work. Female home service professionals seem somewhat rare and it was a great treat and small moment of inspiration to our two young daughters who thought it was awesome. I would have loved to have them send out Jamie again to help with our recent freezer issues, but sadly, they don't seem to be servicing the Severna Park area right now. read more

Appliance Guys sent out Joe to take a look at a door on a double wall oven that wasn't closing properly. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. He called later to reduce the quote because the repair entailed less labor than he originally thought. The part came in and Joe promptly returned to install them. I highly recommend them, they're professional and honest. read more

The Appliance Guys repaired our ice-maker. I was happy that they were able to give me a specific time-window to do the work. Good communication and very professional. I will use them again! read more

I live near H-Town so the local appliance guy came by- he was late by an hour to look at my dishwasher. Diagnosed the problem but never contacted me with the diagnosis or estimate. I called him three days later and his price was high enough for me to buy a new dishwasher. I took the dishwasher apart myself and was able to detach and reattach the same part and fix it myself. So half of his diagnosis was correct but I have to wonder what exactly he did to try to repair it as he is the SME. read more

When our dryer started to fail, I thought I'd try to fix it. While waiting for part to ship, it stopped working. And when I tried to take it apart, I realized it's not always as easy as the you tube video. The owner answered my after hours call, when I expected a voicemail. He squeezed me in the next day. He went out of his way to accommodate my hectic work schedule, give me a call before they came, even let my neighbor let them in. The technician was fast, friendly, and thorough. I will use them again whenever I need a repair! read more

Steve came out and put my washer & dryer in a stacked configuration, and explained to me about a possible venting problem I could have if I am not cleaning out my vent frequently. He also knew how to fix that problem, but it involves opening up walls and I'm going to avoid that for now. He showed me how to clean my front-loading washer after noting that it needed it (I had no idea I had to clean the holes in the big rubber gasket, and this unit has been serviced by Sears twice with no mention of that). Steve was a thorough professional, knew his stuff, and got the job done quickly even though he had to lift a very big dryer into place. He had me test it before he left, too. I will definitely call them again if I have trouble! read more

I should have done this review sooner since I forgot the name of the person who serviced my Kitchen Aid dishwasher, but he was friendly and got the job done in record time. The electric panel had stopped responding, and apparently all it needed was to be taken apart and given a thorough cleaning. He also gave me some advice about the earth-friendly, non-toxic dishwashing liquid I'd been using. Supposedly that tends to negatively affect the performance in both washing machines and dishwashers. read more

Appliance guys did a great job. They came out and fixed our refrigerator when it stopped working. All is working well and we didn't have to replace our refrigerator. We will definitely use them again for appliance work. We definitely recommend them. read more

My dishwasher stopped working, and would be costly to replace. I called several appliance repair services, and was impressed with the customer service person. Although I had to wait several days for my appointment, it was worth the wait. After taking the time to go over the dishwasher, Dave looked inside the coupler and said, "now it should work". He dislodged a tiny acorn, and the dishwasher works again!! I don't know how the acorn got lodged inside the coupler, but Dave saved me hundreds of dollars on replacement parts by figuring out the problem before replacing the hoses. I will definitely be using them again. read more

Wow! My service call hasn't happened yet, but i can already tell these guys are different. Dana answered and she was great. And she switched me over to the service tech who not only wanted part numbers and descriptions of the problems (2 appliances), he wants to investigate part costs and give me his plan for troubleshooting BEFORE he comes out. read more
