Literally technician was on the phone trying to walk him through the repair. I was shocked. When questioned, they asked him to leave my house with no repair done. When contacted by credit card (and they waited until the last possible day to do so, of their 30 day response time), they claim they need to keep the diagnostic fee. This fee usually gets incorported into repair fee. They choose to have him leave when they realized he wa incapable of doing repair...this is picture of him taking dryer parts back with him (first they tried to tell me I kept the parts :). They determined that water had leaked and gotten a sensor wet, checked all the connections, ran a partial cycle, and repositioned the unit slightly to help prevent any future leaking. They then routed the drain line more efficiently and even corrected a small water filter leak they noticed while putting items back under the sink.
