Refrigerator compartment stopped cooling but freezer continued to cool. I submitted a request over Sunny's website directly. It took a couple of days to get a hold of him but once reached--his experience was golden and very relevant to solving the root cause of my issue. Note one has to be patient or be thinking ahead in that he has an extensive backlog of customers needing his services. My ice maker went down back in January. The owner/repairer came out to assess. He told me that it was probably the water valve but couldn't tell for sure until I emptied the freezer and thawed it out. He came back and did a full assessment and confirmed that it was the water valve. Keep in mind that both times he didn't charge me any additional fees. He only charged me for the parts and labor. A few weeks later, the water valve went out again. The same person came back for the assessment and confirmed that the water valve was defective. He ordered a new part and reinstalled in the same week. Truly appreciated his honesty and not trying to upsell me on anything that wasn't needed. I also appreciated that he didn't charge an assessment fee and gave me the choice to go with his company or get another quote elsewhere. This company is small, honest, reasonable, and reliable. This is the second time Sunny has come to our house to fix one of our appliances. This time it was a leaky Whirlpool washing machine. Sunny arrived promptly at the time he had quoted me when I booked the appointment. He was also kind enough to give me a heads up call when he was on his way.
