We have worked with RJ appliance twice with our rental property and they are great! Fair pricing for consultation/evaluation.

I tired this company recently to fix our water filter on the refrigerator. The repair / technicians came on the day and time that said they would come. They were professional and courteous around of house when fixing the issue. They immediately discovered the issue and repaired our refrigerator once they bought the part. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends. read more

We desperately needed to replace the washer boot as ours was moldy. We also wanted to make sure there weren't any other issues. They showed up quickly the next day, worked efficiently, did a thorough inspection and provided wonderful service at a reasonable price. I mean, what else could I ask for?! They will be my go to guys! read more

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Evaluated my Advantium oven and required repair. Unable to fix but that is due to my unit being 25 years old and parts are unavailable. Instead, gave solid recommendations for replacement and advised on lower cost options because higher price did not equate to quality and longevity. I will definitely call them for any future appliance needs, I recommend you do you the same. read more

Yes, this guy is great. He's very honest, gave us good honest recommendations on not repairing a washer that we've had and going and getting a new one. This is super appreciated. Good to have an honest hard-working person to take care of our appliances. This is the second interaction we've had with him and it's all been good. Highly recommend recommended. read more

Fast professional service, arrived on time. Quick to return my call. Trusted company.

They came out the next business day called when they were on their way and gave us a very honest estimate

I've been having problems with my 3 1/2 year old refrigerator ice maker. I had my compressor replaced, a water valve replaced, and still no ice. In 2 months, I've had several technicians come (Whirlpool authorized technicians), and each time they troubleshoot, I get charged a service fee, labor charge for whatever they replace, and still NO ICE. I called a 2nd company out. The technician could not figure out what was wrong, referred me back to the original technicians and also charged me for service call. Finally I call RJ and after about an hour of troubleshooting, the technician tells me what he thinks is the problem, and that I should call the original company to hold them responsible. He didn't feel right about charging me. I appreciated his professionalism, his time & honesty. In the end, Whirlpool is replacing the refrigerator. But I would have paid so much more for useless repairs had I not listened to his advice. I'll be sure to call on RJ for future appliance repairs!! read more

Janak is the best appliance repair technician we have met in our fifty years of home ownership! Arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator in minutes. After quickly fixing the issue he then instructed us in how to avoid having future problems. Knowledgeable to a fault and personable as can be. Plus very, very reasonable in price. Our go to tech from this point forward! read more

We were in need of refrigerator repair. We called our regular guy but he had retired. We started calling one service after another but they couldn't help us for one reason or another and finally we called RJ Appliance. They responded quickly, set an appointment for the next day. Called RJ Appliance based on reviews at 9am on a Friday for service estimate for my gas oven that wouldn't heat. Technician came out 11:30am same day to trouble shoot. He told me what it would cost. I agreed to service. He left to pick up part and returned same afternoon to replace the damaged part. He accessed the entire unit and vacuumed out all residue that had accumulated under and around all the parts that were removed with care. Nice guy. Very efficient and professional. I would use him again. read more

Had to have my Kenmore refrigerator refreshed so it would keep the right temperature. Janak came out and discussed all the pros and cons of the refresh versus just buying a new refrigerator. He clearly was looking out for our best interest and for a long term business relationship of trust. I knew the options and that a refresh would last about a year. I knew what I wanted done. The fact that he showed a great deal of integrity in conducting business was a big deal to me. Oh, I called to request service early Friday evening and RJ scheduled late afternoon Saturday...then they asked if they could do the work earlier. Who are you going to trust when you need appliances fixed quickly and in your best interest? I now trust RJ Appliance Service of Centreville, Va. read more

Fantastic! I am so glad I found this company. Honest, polite and inexpensive service. The technician came out quickly (next day), repaired the appliance in no time and charged a VERY fair price! I will definitely use them in future again. read more

I have used RJ Appliance Services three times. The first two times, Janak was able to diagnose and repair problems with our washer and refrigerator. Each time, he was prompt, polite, totally professional and his price was very fair. The most recent visit was to address a problem with our Frigidaire range. Janak pointed out that the price of the faulty part was such that the repair cost would be about 50% of the cost of buying a new range. He said that, given that the range is about 12 years old, replacing it might be our best bet. In other words, his advice was for us to consider not having him perform the repair, and he didn't even charge me for the visit! I truly appreciated his honesty and candid advice. Although we have decided to replace the range in question, Janak's integrity and customer-focused approach will keep me coming back to him in the future. read more

The technician diagnosed the issue with our washing machine and thoroughly explained what would have to be done to fix it for a very reasonable service fee. No other word but "awesome". They came out on a Sunday around 12:15 to fix our dish washer and had the problem diagnosed and repaired by 12:40. The tech's honesty is what really got my attention. When I asked how much did I owe him he said the service call charge only because all he did was push 3 buttons and it was fixed. He even showed us how to reset the dishwasher. These guys are top notch! A company with ethics and integrity. read more
