We went back to return it and they would not accept the return because we had used it. There is no other way to know it won't function other than to hook it up and use it. Any other professional retailer would have returned this item. Very disappointed. We tried to support a local business because we live here and my father shopped here, but instead were treated rudely and were not respected as a customer. We live 2 minutes up the road and will never purchase here again. There are too many other stores that will not hassle you in this manner. FYI: they do publish their ridiculous return policy - which states that returned items that were used are accepted or declined at their discretion.

Palmers was no more expensive than the big box stores so we gladly gave this " mom and pop" our business. Why? It's good to support local businesses and the local economy. We were rewarded with a great price, prompt delivery and the most excellent installation !!! The owner has had this business long enough that he knows how all the condos in Ocean City are set up and this is why the installation was quick and flawless. He knew how many turns and steps to take to get into our condo before we had a chance to tell him. He explained it all to us while we were signing the papers at the store !!!! His team is well trained and professional. BONUS: The warranty comes from them. At the store The Owner is on premises. He has great sales people who don't try to pressure you. Fabulous installation guys. Nothing is subcontracted. It was a very pleasant experience for us and we will recommend Palmers in the future

The store is a bit tight in spots so I'd recommend against bringing a gaggle of people, big purse or stroller.
