The stove overheated from day 1. I just made my 5th phone call to get my warranty work done (all purchases come with 60 day warranty) After nearly 4 months and 4 calls, someone finally came out to look the stove, and I was told a part would be ordered. 3 weeks later, I made my fifth phone call for the same gentleman to ask me what brand it was, and a slew of other questions that he should have remembered from coming out to look at it. Im now being told to call them back once I have all this info about the stove and then they would order the part they were supposed to order 3 weeks ago after coming out to the house. REDICULOUS!!!

My dryer's heating element failed, so I called this company for a Saturday service call. The…read morerepairman told me he had "used the last heating element the day before" and did not have a replacement. The dryer was not repaired, but I was given an estimate of over $500 to replace the part. I waited several days for follow-up about a new part. In the meantime, I researched alternatives and was referred to another repair company, which completed the repair for a total of $239, including parts and labor. I attempted to explain this to the original company, disclosed the actual cost I paid, and asked why their estimate was more than double. Instead of addressing the pricing discrepancy, the company demanded a $170 "service fee" for showing up without a part and leaving the dryer unrepaired. The company is now threatening legal action to collect this $170. In my opinion, this company's conduct has been unethical, unprofessional, and not in the best interest of the community. If I were a repair person, I would have checked my vehicle inventory for the appropriate part. If I did not have the part in stock, I would have called the customer to explain and reschedule. I am really struggling to understand why you are being so stubborn about my complaint and are completely failing to understand my perspective.

The produce here is fresh and comes of of farms whenever its in season it's local farms but out of season it's from farms down south. It always comes directly from farms and so therefore it's pretty fresh produce. The prices are reasonable and the young lady Mattie who works the stand is very polite and helpful. A local stand that stands out!

The staff were SUPER nice and so helpful. 5 stars for the staff -- the only reason I gave 4 stars was because of their surprisingly low selection on what they accepted. The store overall was VERY CLEAN and well organized! The store is pretty small (the only location I have been to), but they have a pretty wide selection. I will say that they have a much wider womens selection than they do men's, but still a lot to choose from. The prices are low / moderate for the items. I will definitely come back to shop, and possibly consign in the future. I will warn with consigning to them that they look at the manufacture date tag (usually a small white tag on the inside side of the garment), and will only take items that have been purchased within the last two years. That being said, I had a ton of NWT AE jeans that were purchased over the summer (some staple jeans still in store) and they did not accept them. Bought a GE washer that was installed 2 weeks ago, Pedestal did not fit they said they would come back, took two weeks and now they came today and the pedestal still does not work and they discovered that the line that the original delivery driver hooked up is leaking, they re-installed the washer and now it is leaking water everywhere and Home Depot is not replacing the washer that we only had 13 days.
