The man who answered the phone said that he would arrange to have someone come over. I waited about an hour and a half and no one ever came. I ended up calling another company on Friday morning and they had me in my car within an hour. Two of the companies who couldn't help me on Thursday night actually called on Friday morning to make sure I was okay. I thought that was very professional. I haven't heard one word from Speedy. Think twice before calling!
