Unlike our previous carrier the wire was buried the same day as the install. The work was done well and has worked flawlessly since then. Speed has been as promised and perhaps more importantly there have been no drop outs. We rely exclusively on streaming video and the previous carrier's system was so unstable it was not uncommon to have the video stop to buffer more data. I'd highly recommend them.

Something didn't sit well with me when the woman told me not to spend $30 for an eSIM card but rather sign up for a new plan that would charge me an extra $25 a month or $900 for the next three years. She was pushy about it and put a lot of pressure on me to trade in my wife's phone and spend more on a new plan. I left the store, and later came back and I was happy that another worker came over and helped me. I bought the eSIM card and my wife's phone has been working without one issue.
