First, they improperly read and marked their string line for the pool installation against the…read moreactual property lines which resulted in them encroaching on the drain field easement. I had to get approval from DNREC and Kent County after the fact vs Sparkle handling this. Second, their electrician cut corners and didn't place any of the 4x4s for the equipment and receptacle in concrete, just dirt which became loose after 2 weeks. I had to dig and pour concrete to strengthen the posts which they should have don. They even violated code by running some electrical only 8" in the ground, plus they installed a lower amp c/b then what was required and didn't say anything until I brought it to their attention then they changed it out and complained. Third, I have several areas on the concrete decking that have rust spots bleeding up through the concrete due to impurities/contamination in the mix or from their equipment. I brought this to their attention and they refuse to accept any responsibly or offer any assistance to remedy the problem ... just another thing they push back to the customer which is completely unacceptable. Bottom line: look somewhere else.
