I went in a couple of weeks ago and spoke to John the store Manager. He suggested that I bring in a sample of my pool water for testing. The water was murky when we took the cover off...so I followed John's instructions on putting 4 chemicals in the pool and in 3 days the water was crystal clear. He gave me a crash course on water chemistry and showed me how to backwash the filter. I will be coming back here all summer for his expert advice and all my pool supplies.
