Overall, the facility is clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly. I visited for my birthday and…read morebooked three services: a body scrub, couples massage, and facial. One area for improvement is transparency around fees. We were not informed in advance about the 3% credit card fee. Our card was taken over the phone for the deposit without any mention of a fee, and although we received multiple text reminders prior to the appointment, none included this information. There is an ATM on-site, but it would be more helpful to notify clients ahead of time so they can plan accordingly and not also incur ATM fees. As for the services: Body Scrub: The service itself was nice, and the esthetician was great. However, I would not book it again, as there was no shower available to fully rinse off the salt afterward, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the service is described as "full body," but areas like the stomach and buttocks were not included, which felt incomplete. Couples Massage: My experience was just okay. My partner had a noticeably better experience--his therapist was very communicative and provided thoughtful touches like a cool eye wrap. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of service, despite being in the same room, which made the experience feel inconsistent. I would consider returning but would request a different masseuse. Facial: This was the highlight of the visit. The facial was excellent, and I would definitely return for this service.

Self care is more important now than ever. Unfortunately, finding the right spa is not easy. I've…read morehad some BAD experiences. THANKFULLY, I found Harmony Spa. From the moment you walk in, you'll receive a warm greeting from the smiling face behind the desk. Once checked in, you'll even be asked if you'd like a glass of wine (21 and over). Then you go back for your service - in my case, a massage. I swore I would never have another male masseuse after a horrible experience I had at a resort in the Poconos. That was until I met Tyler at Harmony Spa. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease - even with female masseuse. Tyler was very attentive. I walk out every time feeling refreshed and relaxed. He also suggests at-home stretches so you don't tense up. He's the best and I highly recommend him!

Terrible Experience: I've never been so sorry that I spent my money at an establishment. First of…read moreall, I walk in and the woman at the door asks, "what do you need?" I figured that the off-putting "greeting" was probably due to a language barrier, but little did I know it would get much worse. So the pedicure itself was okay, my nails look alright, but it was very brief considering what it costed. The tech who did it seemed like she was racing to finish even though there was only one other customer there. She didn't even let my feet soak for more than a few minutes, didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails in or if I wanted them cut, she barely filed them, it was a mad rush. They even rushed me to pick a color. It was so bizarre! The woman who was at the door was snippy, pushy and even tried to tell me what color to get-unbelievable! Terrible Presentation: When I walked to the back where the pedicure chairs are, I immediately saw junk on the floor, boxes-some opened, some unopened. And boy was I sorry when I had to use the bathroom which they also use as a storage closet-it had more dusty boxes, junk, vacuum cleaners, etc. I'm sorry that I spent any of what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon in this place. This is the first time I've ever had to write such a negative review but they earned it!

I finally had money to splurge on a pedicure, and this used to be my spot. No longer. The woman who…read moredid my pedicure was fantastic, and my toes look great. When she was done, I handed her the cash for the pedicure plus a rather large tip. As I was leaving, the male manager chased after me, wanting to know where the money I owed him for my service. I told him I paid the woman, and he had the gall to ask bout the tip! She came running up to the front of the store, explaining that I had paid, and given her tip as well. By then, everyone in the salon was staring at me like I had stolen something. My guess is that the manager didn't want give her the whole tip, and wanted to keep some for himself! So, no, I will never go back there, as I think the manager is holding back the salon employees tips, and was totally rude to a PAYING CUSTOMER.
