I also have had numerous surgeries after a dissolute life with HS and college athletics and, to be frank, I was hurting. The massage began at 5 minutes past 11 AM and was over by 11:50 AM. Thus, I paid for an hour but only got 45 minutes. While that may not seem like a lot, it's a 1/4 of the massage. The language barrier made it not possible to ask why it was over, so I sent a follow up email from the person that confirmed my appointment. 5 days later, no response. Disappointing.

They said they had appointments coming in. I was adamant about getting an hour massage but they said they could only fit me in for half an hour and double the price! It wasn't a shiatsu massage like I had asked for. They also had me pay before my services, something that is not customary.
